Qirui Science and Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was established on August 18, 1995 with a registered capital of 50.08 million yuan. It boasts a technological research and production base covering an area of 40 thousand square meters and a staff team of 170 people in which 30% of them are R&D technical talents. Its business range covers the intelligent equipment of alkaline cells and coin cells, the carbon cell production line, and the cell packaging equipment. Now, it has been the global leading manufacturer in the high-end equipment for alkaline cells and coin lithium cells, setting an excellent example for others worldwide in the battery equipment industry.
Over the past three decades, Qirui has been focusing on the development of battery equipment technology and the manufacturing of the equipment, aiming at providing customers with systematic solutions about the intelligent manufacturing of battery equipment. The investment on the development of new technology and new techniques remains above 10%. Up to now, Qirui has held 49 granted patents. These efforts enable Qirui to take the largest share of the battery equipment market and create many R&D and innovation platforms including Jiangsu “Whole-Set Equipment of LR Cells” Engineering Research Center, Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu “Intelligent Production Equipment of Batteries” Engineering Research Center, and Jiangsu Industrial Design Center.
Under the strategic guidance of chairman Wu Guoping, Qirui adheres to innovation-driven development. Continuous progress has been made in the development of technologies, the manufacturing of equipment and the improvement of process technology. Comprehensive strength continues to be enhanced. Qirui has been granted titles as “National High-Tech Enterprise”, “Jiangsu Demonstration Enterprise of Service-Oriented Manufacturing”, “Jiangsu Leading Service Institute in Intelligent Manufacturing” and “Jiangsu Leading Enterprise in the High-Quality Development of Modern Service”. Moreover, China Battery Industry Association certified Qirui as “China Production and R&D Base for Battery Equipment”. Research projects hosted by the company have won a third prize in the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award and a third prize in the CNLIC Scientific and Technological Award.
