1. Responsible for the mechanical design of company products and the management of supporting teams (including daily management, development of work plans, assessment of relevant personnel, skill enhancement training, etc.);

2. Responsible for collecting information on the industry and relevant materials on production equipment, clarifying the technical specifications and design requirements for the mechanical part of the product;

3. Responsible for the design, preparation, review, and implementation of mechanical automation control for the project;

4. Responsible for organizing the development of product quality standards, process flow, technical specifications, and technical documents;

5. Responsible for organizing technical breakthroughs, technological transformations, technological innovations, and participating in the development and trial production of new products;

6. Responsible for the mechanical product design of battery production equipment, and drawing the location map of machined parts and the machining drawing of each part;

7. Participate in the development of the overall project design plan based on the actual situation of the company, provide on-site technical support, and handle technical issues;

8. Responsible for stimulating and enhancing the team's technological innovation work and implementing the 6S management work well;

9. Responsible for organizing the review and argumentation of major design changes and technical solutions, and signing opinions;

10. Responsible for the design optimization and iteration work of the technical team, including but not limited to workshop, customer technical optimization feedback, cost optimization, product equipment intelligence and performance improvement;

11. Lead the team to collect information on industry related technological innovation and advanced design, and carry out technology inward conversion work;

12. Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical design or related fields;

2.5 years or more of design experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry or non-standard equipment industry;

3. Familiar with mechanical design processes, proficient in office software and mechanical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks;

4. Possess strong management, communication, and stress resistance abilities; Strong logical thinking and planning work philosophy.
